Temporary housing centers are being prepared in Tartous and Banias for people displaced from Aleppo due to terrorism
Tartous Governorate, in cooperation with the local community and civil society organizations, has taken all necessary preparations to secure accommodation centers for people arriving from Aleppo in both Tartous and Baniyas cities and to provide them with relief supplies.
While inspecting the Vanguard Camp in Tartous, which hosts a number of families arriving from Aleppo Governorate, Tartous Governor Firas Al-Hamed was briefed on the situation of the center in terms of equipment and various services, including medical services.
During his conversation with the arriving families, the governor stressed the utmost keenness to secure the families’ needs and accommodation requirements, noting the continuation of work to achieve the required humanitarian response in cooperation with the local community, civil society organizations and the Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch.
