PSL: Wahda beat Hutteen 3-1

DAMASCUS,(ST)-Wahda, the powerhouse club of Damascus, have deservedly beaten Hutteen 3-1 in the Professional Soccer League 2nd leg 2nd round at the Bassel stadium in Lattakia.

Wahda, the visiting team, opened the scoring in the 14th minute through Mohammad Bash bayouk .

Two minutes later, Majid al-Haj madi it 2-0.Osam Omari wrapped up the sensational goals in the 8th minute from a penalty spot.

Mohammad Jafar scored the consolation goal for Hutteen in the 47th minute.

In other actions,Jaish remained at top of the league despite their goalless draw with Ittihad at the Jableh stadium.

Muhafaza beat Futuwa 2-0 at the Lattakia Sporting Complex.

Husam Bawadiqji and Mohammad Qilfat scored for (10, 89).

Karama were held to a goalless draw with Taleeaa in Lattakia.

Points position to date: Jaish 22,Wahda 22,Muhafaza 14,Taleeaa 13Karama 13,Jazeera 13 ahead of Ittihad on goal difference, Hutteen 7 and finally Futuwa with six points.
