Minister Sabbagh receives a copy of the credentials of the Armenian Ambassador to Syria

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Bassam Sabbagh received on Sunday a copy of the credentials of Ambassador Ruben Kharazian as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Syrian Arab Republic.

Minister Sabbagh congratulated the Armenian ambassador on his appointment as his country’s ambassador to Syria, and wished him success in his mission, referring to the historical friendship between the two countries and peoples.The minister showed appreciation for the positions of the Republic of Armenia in support of Syria.

In turn, Ambassador Kharazian expressed his thanks to Minister Sabbagh, stressing his determination to work to strengthen the existing cooperative relations between Syria and Armenia, in a way that serves the common interests of the two friendly countries and peoples.
