Guterres Affirms UN Solidarity with the Palestinian People and Their Rights

United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres reaffirmed the Organization’s continued solidarity with the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights to live in peace, security and dignity.

Guterres said in a message on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian people: “on this day every year, the international community stands in solidarity with the dignity of the Palestinian people, the Justice of their cause and their right to self-determination. This year’s commemoration is painful because those basic goals are more out of reach than ever before.”
