The Syrian young women football team will start its matches in the West Asian Championship held in the Jordanian city of Aqaba the day after tomorrow by meeting the Lebanese team.
The championship will witness the participation of five teams, in addition to Syria and Lebanon, Jordan, Saudi Arabia and Palestine.
The championship will be held in a single-stage league system where the participating teams play against each other to determine the final ranking.
The Syrian team’s lineup includes Christine Hanoush, Marinaz Al-Tawil, Belin Al-Ahmad, Mai Al-Jani, Mayar Aloush, Hayat Dayoub, Delnay Ismail, Aya Mohammed, Lava Othman, Bayan Mobaid, Sidra Khaizaran, Judy Alloush, Tala Jarb, Briana Asmar, Lilas Ibrahim, Nevin Badour, Khanaf Al-Hussein, Fatima Abdullah, Julnar Mustafa, Shahd Ramadan, Sandy Rushoud and Aya Shamali.
