Lebanese caretaker Prime Minister: “We call on the Israeli enemy to abide by the ceasefire deal”

Beirut,(ST)- Lebanese caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati stressed today that Lebanon is ending one of the harshest stages of suffering and is beginning the process of rebuilding what was destroyed. He called on the Israeli enemy to abide by the ceasefire decision and withdraw from all the areas it occupied and implement UN Resolution 1701.
Mikati stressed in his speech today that Lebanon is committed to Resolution 1701 in all its provisions and is committed to its sovereignty over all its territories by land, sea and air, extending his thanks to all friendly countries that contributed to stopping the Israeli aggression.
Mikati pointed out that the Lebanese are today facing a national and historical position and are living exceptional moments and the responsibility is great and collective for solidarity and construction, because Lebanon deserves the solidarity of all its sons and putting aside their differences to build a better tomorrow.
