Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor : Israel commits shameful atrocities in north Gaza

The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor revealed that it documented dozens of new premeditated murders and field executions committed by the Israeli occupation army against Palestinians in the northern Gaza Strip, as part of its escalating aggression and genocide against the people of the Strip for more than 13 months.
“The Israeli entity has continued for 43 days to carry out its third military invasion and attack against the northern Gaza Strip and its residents, committing shameful atrocities” The Monitor said in a statement on Saturday.
The statement pointed to the enemy’s crimes including  killing civilians, terrorizing them, forcibly expelling them from their homes and  displacing them outside northern Gaza, as part of one of the largest forced displacement operations.
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor added that thousands of Palestinians trapped in the northern Gaza Strip are suffering from hunger and fear, and those injured by the bombing are often unable to be transferred for treatment , as a large number of them  have slowly died due to the lack of life-saving medical care.
The statement indicated that monitor documented the presence of dozens of victims under the rubble , and there were no medical or civil defense teams available to rescue them, as the occupation continues to prevent humanitarian teams from working for 25 days
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor reiterated that the international system’s reluctance to take decisive decisions regarding the occupation’s massacres in the Gaza Strip, especially in the north, makes it a partner in these crimes.
It added this represents a green light to proceed with the escalation of the crime of genocide, as well as reflecting a shocking disregard for the lives and dignity of the Palestinians.
The Observatory pointed out that the international system, including the International Criminal Court, the European Union and various United Nations organizations, have all failed to achieve the basic goals and principles on which they were founded.
It stressed that they all have shown a shameful failure over the course of 13 months in committing to protecting the Palestinians and stopping the crime of genocide committed by  Israel against the Palestinians in Gaza, which is supposed to be at the core of its work and the reason for its existence.
The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor called on the United Nations and the international community to intervene immediately to save hundreds of thousands of Palestinians in northern Gaza, stop the crime of genocide against them, impose a comprehensive arms embargo on the Israeli entity, hold it accountable and punish it for all its crimes, and take all effective measures to protect the Palestinians.
