Israeli aggression targets bridges and roads in Homs countryside

An Israeli aggression on Wednesday targeted Al-Qusayr area in Homs countryside.

Significant material damage was caused to a number of bridges and roads on the Syrian borders with Lebanon in the western countryside of Homs due to the Israeli aggression, a military source said on Wednesday.

The source told SANA that “at around 20:05 this evening, the Israeli enemy carried out a missile attack from the direction of the Lebanese territory, targeting bridges on the Orontes River and roads on the Syrian-Lebanese border in Al-Qusayr area in Homs countryside, which led to significant damage that put the bridges and the roads out of service”.

The source added that the Syrian air defenses intercepted the enemy’s missiles and shot down some of them.
