Aleppo City Rocked by Mortar Attacks and Explosions

PROVINCES,(ST)_Aleppo city has undergone several terrorist attacks on civilians and infrastructures, the official news agency (SANA) reported on Sunday.

The agency said that the terrorist attacks killed at least 24 civilians and wounded 52 others.

A Police Command source told the agency’s reporter that terrorists fired some 15 shells on the areas of Bab al-Faraj, Bestan Kel Ab, Baron Street, municipality palace, al-Mansheyeh and al-Sabe’a Bahrat in the city of Aleppo where almost 24 civilians were martyred and 52 others wounded.

The terrorists also blasted power station in al-Sabe’a Bahrat square and the headquarters of the chamber of ndustry, the source said.

Two shells hit al-Qazzaz quarter in Damascus

Another terrorist attack ripped through al-Qazzaz quarter in the capital [Damascus] as two shells -fired by terrorists- landed there.

A child was wounded and several shops and cars were damaged by the mortar attack, according to a police command source.

Last night, four mortars struck al-Thawra quarter in Idleb city, killing at least a civilian and leaving two others wounded.
