“Palestine, the Axis of Resistance”… A symposium at the Abu Rummaneh Cultural Center

Damascus, (ST) –  The International Al-Quds Foundation in Syria and the Syrian Arab Popular Committee for Supporting the Palestinian People organized a symposium today entitled Palestine, the Axis of Resistance, at the Arab Cultural Center in Abu Rummaneh.

Dr. Khalaf Al-Muftah, Director General of the International Al-Quds Foundation in Syria, explained the political scene and spoke about the situation of the Arab nation in the light of the repercussions of the Battle of the Flood of Al-Aqsa and the war of extermination waged by the Israeli occupation army on Gaza and Lebanon, and the direct targeting of the axis of resistance.

Al-Muftah stressed the necessity of the Palestinian unity and of supporting the valiant resistance to achieve victory and liberate all the occupied territories. He called for caution and attention to the challenges and dangers on which the expansionist occupation project is based.

Al-Muftah pointed out that political alliances and international public opinion supporting the Palestinian people in their injustice cannot be an alternative to a unified Arab position and real logistical support to lift the injustice practiced on the Palestinian people and protect the achievements of the resistance.
