Nine Lebanese people were martyred as a result of Israeli attacks on the towns of Jdeidet Marjeyoun and Bafleh in south Lebanon.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that 9 people were martyred as a result of the Israeli enemy attacks on two towns in south Lebanon which led to the martyrdom of two people and the injury of one person.
Meanwhile, three other people were martyred as a result of enemy air raids on the village of Bafleh in the Tyre district, where the bombing continued from last night until this morning and on the towns of Al-Bazourieh, the main road of Toura, Al-Abbasiyah, the course of the Litani River near the town of Bdayas, Shaqra, Barashit, Aitaroun and the city of Bint Jbeil
The enemy’s warplanes bombed the vicinity of Al-Hadath, Burj Al-Barajneh and Haret Hreik in the southern suburbs of Beirut several times.
In a related context, the enemy forces deliberately booby-trapped the mosque of the border town of Al-Dhahira and completely destroyed it, and booby-trapped a number of houses near the UNIFIL center in the town of Al-Dhahira and blew them up.
Throughout the past night and until this morning, the enemy’s spy and drone aircraft flew intensively over the villages of Tyre and Bint Jbeil districts, and fired flares over the villages of the western and central sectors.
After two o’clock at night, the enemy opened its heavy machineguns fire towards the towns of Aita Al-Shaab, Ramia, Al-Dhahira and Al-Qawzah in the central sector, while the enemy’s artillery shelled the towns of Kounine, Aitaroun and Maroun at dawn.
The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced the martyrdom of 19 people and the injury of 108 others as a result of the Israeli aggression on Lebanon last Friday.
