Pakistan condemns the Zionist aggression against Iran

ISLAMABAD, Oct.26, (ST)-Today, Pakistan condemned the Israeli aggression against Iran, describing it as a clear violation of international law.

It held the occupation fully responsible for the cycle of escalation of the conflict in the region.

In a statement on its website, the Pakistani Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned the aggression launched by the Israeli occupation entity against the Islamic Republic of Iran at dawn today, calling on the UN Security Council to take immediate steps to end Israel’s crimes.

The ministry said: “Israeli military attacks against Iran’s sovereignty and territorial integrity constitute a clear violation of the United Nations Charter and international laws, weaken regional stability, and exacerbate the dangerous situation in the region. We call on the UN Security Council to play its role in maintaining international peace and security, and to take immediate steps to end Israel’s reckless actions in the region and its criminal behavior. The international community should also play its role to restore regional peace and security.”
