Palestinian Foreign Ministry: The occupation’s continued rejection of international resolutions requires a position that forces it to stop its aggression

Occupied Al-Quds (ST) – The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the continued rejection of the Israeli occupation of international resolutions, appeals and requires an unconventional international position that forces the occupation to end its brutal aggression against the Palestinian people and stop settlements.

“The occupation’s war on the Palestinian state is evidence of the failure of any bets on Israel’s commitment to international legitimacy resolutions”, the Ministry stated today.

It called for the implementation of the UN General Assembly resolution issued last September, which adopted the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice and demanded that the Zionist entity ends its occupation of Palestinian land within 12 months.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs explained that the occupation forces provide protection to settler gangs during their storming of cities and villages in the West Bank and their attacks on Islamic and Christian holy sites in order to complete the gradual annexation plans.

It indicated that the occupation authorities are racing against time to undermine the foundations of the independent Palestinian state and create obstacles by preventing its embodiment on the ground and thwarting the international consensus on the right of the Palestinian people to their independent state.
