Dozens of martyrs and wounded due to the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – A number of Palestinians were martyred and wounded this morning as a result of the continuous Israeli occupation aggression for the 381st day on the Gaza Strip.

The occupation continues its tight siege on the north for the 17th day amid appeals from besieged families to evacuate them as a result of the brutal bombing.

WafaNews Agency reported that the occupation artillery shelled houses in the Saftawi area northwest of Gaza City, which resulted in the martyrdom of two Palestinians.

Successive explosions shook the city of Gaza and its north, and in the Al-Shati camp west of it and the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood northwest of it, as a result of intensive raids by the occupation air force.

In Jabalia, north of the Strip as well, a young man was martyred and others were wounded, as a result of the occupation shelling a group of Palestinians in Jabalia Al-Balad, and its aircrafts targeted a house in the Al-Tawbah Mosque area in Jabalia camp, which resulted in the injury of a number of Palestinians.

Others were injured as a result of artillery shelling of several houses north of the camp, while Israeli forces   continued to blow up several residential buildings west of the camp and in several areas north of the Strip amidst escalating ethnic cleansing crimes there and besieging UNRWA schools that house displaced people in the camp.

Those besieged in Jabalia appealed to the international community to stop the brutal aggression on the north, where the occupation targets everyone who moves, stressing that the humanitarian situation is catastrophic, as food is almost cut off, water is not fit for drinking.

There is  no milk for children and corpses are everywhere, while the Civil Defense confirmed that the occupation is preventing medical and ambulance crews from reaching Jabalia camp and the northern areas to evacuate the wounded.

In the central Gaza Strip, the occupation artillery intensively shelled several areas northwest of the Nuseirat camp, wounding dozens.

In the southern Gaza Strip, five Palestinians were killed as a result of Israeli shelling of the areas of Shaboura, Khirbet al-Adas, Araiba, and Morag in central and northern Rafah, coinciding with violent artillery shelling targeting the eastern outskirts of the town of Abasan, east of Khan Yunis, while drones fired bombs at a group of Palestinians in the Al-Amur neighborhood in the nearby town of al-Fakhari.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced yesterday that the number of victims of the ongoing aggression on Gaza Strip had risen to 42,603 martyrs and 99,795 wounded.
