4 terrorists killed in Iraqi airstrike in Kirkuk

Baghdad, (ST) – The Iraqi Joint Operations Command announced the elimination of 4 terrorists and the destruction of their hideout, in an airstrike by Iraqi aircrafts in Kirkuk, north of the country.

The Alsumaria News website quoted the command as saying in a statement: Thanks to the great efforts made by our security forces, the Counter-Terrorism Service was able to provide the Air Force Command with accurate information about a terrorist hideout in the Laylan area within the Kirkuk Operations Command sector, where the Air Force carried out two air strikes last night on the specified location, eliminating four terrorists.

The Iraqi security forces arrested 3 terrorists the day before yesterday in security operations carried out in Sulaymaniyah and Anbar, north and west of the country.
