ICATU to file lawsuits against Israeli war criminals

Damascus- The Central Council of the International Confederation of Arab Trade Unions (ICATU) condemned the Israeli aggression on Lebanon, Palestine and Syria, the policy of double standards and the West’s blindness to the crimes of the Zionist entity, stressing the need to coordinate with the Arab Lawyers Union to file lawsuits against Israeli war criminals before the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice.

The ICATU hailed during its fifth session via Zoom technology, which was dedicated to discussing the repercussions of the brutal Israeli aggression on Lebanon, Palestine and Syria, the steadfastness of the Arab resistance in all its forms in the face of the criminal arrogance of the Israeli occupation authorities against the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples.

For his part, the ICATU Secretary-General and Head of the General Federation of Trade Unions GFTU in Syria Jamal Al-Qadiri stressed the need to anticipate ways to move at various levels to stop the barbaric Israeli aggression on brotherly Lebanon, which continues to escalate in Palestine, along with addressing its repercussions, stressing that the Union is fully Ready to provide all logistical and humanitarian assistance or support to our Lebanese brothers arriving in Syria.
