Syrian U20 football team qualifies for the finals of the AFC Asian Cup 2025

Syrian U-20 football team beat its Vietnamese counterpart by 1-0, in the AFC U-20 Asian Cup 2025 Qualifiers, held at Lach Tray Stadium in Hai Phong, Vietnam, as part of the final round of the Asian qualifiers.

The Syrian national team’s win puts it at the top Group 1 with 12 points that qualify it for the 2025 Asian Cup qualifiers, to be held in China at the end of next February.

Syrian team had won its matches against Bangladesh 4-0, against Bhutan 1-0 and against Guam 10-1.
