14 people martyred, 450 wounded in new Israeli cyber aggression on Lebanon

The Lebanese caretaker Ministry of Health announced today that the death toll from the Israeli cyber attacks that targeted wireless communication devices in the country has risen to 14. More than 450 others were wounded, the ministry said.

The Lebanese National News Agency quoted the Public Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health as saying in a second update on the death toll from the wave of aggressive attacks that targeted wireless devices this afternoon that 14 people were martyred and more than 450 were wounded.

A previous toll indicated that 9 people were killed and more than 300 were wounded in a new cyber attack that targeted different areas in Lebanon.

According to media sources, the security measures taken by the resistance following the pager explosions yesterday thwarted part of today’s cyber aggression.
