Tens of Palestinians rally in Nablus to denounce the crimes of the occupation and support Palestinian prisoners

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST)- Dozens of Palestinians today participated in a stand in the city of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, denouncing the ongoing crimes of the Israeli occupation especially in Gaza Strip, and rejecting its repressive practices against prisoners.

WAfA News  Agency reported that the participants in the stand, which was organized by the National Committee to Support Prisoners, raised slogans calling for ending the siege imposed on Gaza and stopping the systematic killing policy that Palestinians have been subjected to there for 11 months. They also stressed the importance of escalating popular and international activities to support prisoners and demand their freedom because their liberation is an integral part of the Palestinian national struggle.

Director of the Prisoners Club in Nablus, Muzaffar Dhuqan, said that the occupation continues to commit crimes of genocide in Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank, and arrests continue to affect everyone, and crimes against prisoners in its prisons are escalating from premeditated murder to deliberate medical neglect.

Dhuqan stressed the importance of Palestinian national unity to confront the aggressive policies practiced by the occupation, which are increasing with the passing of days with the aim of more killing, destruction, and land seizure.

The occupation’s crimes continue in Gaza Strip and the occupied West Bank, where the Palestinian territories have witnessed an unprecedented aggression for about a year, which has led to the martyrdom and injury of tens of thousands of innocent people and the widespread destruction of infrastructure, while violations against prisoners inside its prisons continue, resulting in an increase in cases of medical neglect and torture.
