The latest developments of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The most prominent developments of Operation (Flood of Al-Aqsa) launched by the Palestinian resistance on October 7 in response to the Israeli occupation attacks:

– The Palestinian resistance destroys an Israeli Merkava tank with an explosive device east of Rafah city in southern Gaza Strip.

– The Palestinian Ministry of Health: The Israeli occupation committed 3 massacres in Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, killing 26 martyrs and wounding 84.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the Israeli occupation committed 3 massacres in Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours, 26 martyrs and 84 woundedw who arrived at hospitals.

The ministry said in a statement today: The number of victims of the occupation’s ongoing aggression for the 347th day on the Strip has risen to 41,252 martyrs and 95,497 wounded, while a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and civil defense crews cannot reach them.

The Ministry pointed out that most of the health sector has been put out of service as a result of the ongoing aggression, which has left the wounded and sick facing certain death on a daily basis.

It indicated that the health cadres have also been subjected to a campaign of detentions that has led to the martyrdom of dozens of health sector workers in the occupation’s prisons, in addition to the direct assassinations that targeted workers while they were performing their duties in providing first aid and rescuing the wounded, which has resulted in the martyrdom of 1,151 healthcare personnel since the beginning of the aggression.
