Two Russian experts condemn repeated Israeli attacks on Syria and the illegal presence of US forces

The Director of the Institute of Studies at the University of International Relations of the Russian Foreign ministry Maxim Sochak confirmed his country’s condemnation and denunciation along with many other countries, of the continuation of the Israeli attacks on Syrian territory.
In a statement to a SANA reporter in Moscow, Sochak condemned the American silence and support for these ongoing Israeli attacks, reiterating Russia’s rejection of the continuous American occupation on Syrian lands, as well as the continuation of the unilateral western coercive measures imposed on the Syrians.
He considered that the American forces deployed in some Syrian areas aim at supporting the Israeli attacks in the region and support armed terrorist organizations in northern Syria.
In a similar statement, Professor Vladimir Batyuk, Head of the Department of Military and Political Studies At the “America and Canada” institution of the Russian Academy of Science, renewed his condemnation to the continued political approach of the United States against Syria, the occupation of part of its territory, the imposition of sanctions on its people, and the plundering of its wealth.
