Palestinian Foreign Ministry: The occupation massacre in Al-Mawasi reflects the international failure to stop the Israeli war of extermination

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Palestinian Foreign Ministry stressed that the international failure to implement the UN resolutions and the orders of the International Court of Justice to force the Israeli occupation to stop its aggression against the Palestinian people encourages it to persist in committing more massacres.

The Foreign Ministry said in a statement today, reported by the Wafa News Agency, that an immediate ceasefire is the only way to protect the Palestinian people. It referred that the horrific massacre committed by the occupation in the Al-Mawasi area in Khan Yunis, south of Gaza Strip, which led to the martyrdom of more than 40 Palestinians, the injury of more than 60, and a number of others missing, reflects the international failure to stop the war and an expression of the occupation’s continuation of the policy of turning the entire Strip into an empty land unfit for life.

The Foreign Ministry warned that the continued impunity of “Israel” and its leaders and the provision of protection for it gives it more time to commit the most heinous forms of killing, ethnic cleansing, and displacement against the Palestinians.
