Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor: “Israel” killed entire families in Mawasi Khan Yunis by American bombs

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Euro-Mediterranean Human Rights Monitor announced that the horrific massacre committed by the Israeli occupation against the displaced people in the area it claimed was humanitarian in Mawasi Khan Yunis, south of Gaza Strip is additional evidence that the international silence on the ongoing genocide crime for 11 months encourages the occupation to commit more crimes.

The monitor on Tuesday said in a statement: Its initial investigations showed that Israeli occupation warplanes dropped three American-made “MK 84” bombs at dawn today on a gathering of displaced people’s tents while they were sleeping in the Mawasi area, which is a sand dune, creating three holes several meters deep and in diameter, which caused about 20 tents with the families inside them to be buried under the sand, resulting in dozens of victims.

The Monitor stressed that the use of this type of American bombs with a wide destructive effect in an area full of tents and displaced people is an indication of the occupation’s intention to kill the largest number of civilians. It added that this massacre comes a month after the bloody massacre committed by the occupation when it bombed the Tabeen School in Gaza City, killing more than 100 Palestinians.

The Monitor clarified that the United States is a partner in this crime as it supplies the occupation with weapons and destructive bombs despite knowing that they are used to kill hundreds of civilians every time. It stressed that the state of silence and ignorance that such unprecedented massacres in the history of wars are going through is shameful and shameful and constitutes a green light for the occupation to continue committing them within a clear approach to kill Palestinians en masse and eliminate them.

The Monitor also renewed its call on all countries to assume their responsibilities by stopping the crime of genocide, protecting civilians, ensuring that “Israel” complies with the rules of international law and the decisions of the International

Court of Justice, imposing effective sanctions on it, and stopping all forms of support provided to it. It also called for holding accountable the countries complicit and partnering with it in committing crimes, most notably the United States.
