Israeli enemy goes ahead with targeting towns in south Lebanon

BEIRUT, Aug.31, (ST)-Today, the Israeli enemy continued its attacks on the border areas and towns in southern Lebanon.

The Zionist artillery shelling targeted the towns of Al-Taybeh and Deir Siryan, according to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA ).

The agency added that  firemen extinguished a large fire that broke out this morning on the outskirts of the town of Naqoura as a result of an enemy drone dropping incendiary materials in the area.

Moreover, the Israeli enemy forces fired flares throughout the past night until the morning over the villages of Tire and Bint Jbeil districts. They also opened fire at the outskirts of the town of Naqoura, Jabal al-Labouneh, and Alma al-Shaab.

The Israeli enemy artillery bombed with dozens of shells the outskirts of the town of Shama and the valleys of the town of Majdal Zoun… and the enemy reconnaissance aircraft flew until this morning over the villages of the western and central sectors.
