Lebanese Resistance: The sacrifices of the resistance, the Lebanese army and the Syrian Arab army have defeated the Takfiri terrorists

Beirut, (ST) – The Lebanese resistance movement “Hezbollah” affirmed that the sacrifices of the resistance, the Lebanese army and the Syrian Arab army have defeated the Takfiri terrorists from the Lebanese borders and achieved the second liberation after liberating south Lebanon from the Israeli occupation enemy.
The party said in a statement on the occasion of the seventh anniversary of the second liberation: The twenty-eighth of August represents the date of the victory of Lebanon, its people, army and resistance over the armed Takfiri groups and their expulsion from the borders of the homeland.
“It is a historic occasion for us to restore the concept of true national unity in its most beautiful form and learn from it lessons in confronting aggression and occupation”, the statement added.
The statement also said: The war to liberate the outskirts waged by the resistance, the Lebanese army and the Syrian Arab army led to ridding Lebanon of terrorism and Takfiri groups that spread corruption on earth and threatened Lebanon’s security and stability and the security of our region in service of the Zionist-American project.
The statement clarified that the anniversary comes this year in the light of Al-Aqsa flood operation and the heroic epic that the resistant Palestinian people are making with the support of the Lebanese resistance which is more determined than ever to continue on this path.
