Palestinian Foreign Ministry: International reactions do not rise to the level of the risks facing Palestinians

Occupied Al-Quds, (ST) – The Palestinian Foreign Ministry stressed that the escalation of Israeli settler terrorism in the West Bank clearly shows that international reactions did not rise to the level of the risks facing defenseless Palestinians, their land, property and holy sites.

The ministry indicated in a statement today, which was reported by Wafa News Agency, that the settlers are exploiting the regional and international preoccupation with what is happening in Gaza Strip, which is suffering from the crime of genocide and displacement against the Palestinian people, and are escalating their attacks and theft of more Palestinian land to establish more random settlement outposts, as is happening in Beit Furik, the Al-Auja area, Deir Qarantul in Jericho, Masafer Yatta, and the northern Jordan Valley, in a flagrant violation of international law and international legitimacy resolutions.

The ministry considered that reaching a settlement of the Palestinian cause requires courage from the international community to exert pressure on the occupation to stop its settlement operations and comply with international law.
