Colonists set up tents on Palestinian lands

OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, Aug.24, (ST)-Israeli colonists set up tents this afternoon on Palestinian lands in the village of Al-Maniya, located southeast of Bethlehem in the southern West Bank, according to local sources.

Zaid Kawazbeh, the head of the Al-Maniya Village Council, declared that the colonists set up 3 tents to the east of the village, with the intention of seizing the land for their colonial ambitions.

Recently, Israeli colonists have intensified their attacks on farmers in Al-Maniya, including seizing wheat, barley, and lentil crops, as well as agricultural equipment.

The installation of mobile homes by the colonists is part of a broader pattern of encroachment and land appropriation by Israeli authorities and colonists in the area.
