Iraqi forces eliminate a number of ISIS terrorists in Diyala province

Iraqi forces eliminated a number of ISIS terrorists during a security operation that resulted in the destruction of a terrorist hideout in the Hamrin Mountains in Diyala province, east of the country.
The Joint Operations Command announced in a statement reported by the Sumaria News website that by following up on terrorist cells, F-16 aircraft carried out a successful air strike this morning targeting a terrorist hideout in the Hamrin Mountains within Diyala Operations Sector.
According to the statement, the strike led to the destruction of the hideout and the elimination of the terrorists inside, in addition to destroying a fuel tank, ammunition and logistical materials.
