Protests in Chicago demanding the stopping the sending of US weapons to the Israeli entity

Washington, (ST) – Dozens of people demonstrated in the city of Chicago, Illinois, in protest against the continued US support for the Zionist entity, demanding the stopping of sending weapons to “Israel”.

Reuters reported that dozens of people, including activists and members of human rights organizations, gathered in front of the US Democratic Party conference held in Chicago and broke through the security barrier around the United Center, in which US President Joe Biden and his deputy, Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris, are participating, demanding the stopping of the flow of weapons to the Israeli occupation entity. They called for  pressuring the Zinoist entity to stop the war of genocide against the Palestinians in Gaza Strip.

The protesters also interrupted the speeches given by the speakers at the conference through repeated calls to stop the Israeli war of genocide, and raised banners demanding a decisive US position and stopping the US arms exports that “Israel” uses to kill the besieged people of Gaza.
