Israeli soldier killed in a heroic resistance operation in the West Bank city of Qalqilya

An Israeli soldier was killed on Sunday in a heroic Palestinian resistance operation carried out east of Qalqilya in the West Bank in response to the Israeli occupation’s continuous crimes.

The details, reported by the Palestinian media, clarified that a young man arrived in an Israeli settlement built near the village of Jit, east of Qalqilya, and clashed with an occupation soldier, which resulted in the killing of the soldier before the young man leaves the area.

After the heroic operation, the occupation forces stormed into the villages of Kafr Laqif and Hajja, east of Qalqilya, and set up several checkpoints on the roads between Nablus, Qalqilya and Tulkarm. An occupation helicopter also flew over the village of Jit, east of Qalqilya.

Resistance committees blessed the operation, stressing that the Palestinian resistance in the West Bank has escalated and become a nightmare haunting the occupation soldiers and settlers wherever they are.

Last Sunday, an Israeli settler was also killed and another was injured in a resistance operation.

Since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip last October, the Palestinian resistance carried out tens of heroic operations in the West Bank that led to the killing and injury of dozens of Israeli soldiers and settlers.
