Iranian judiciary forms a judicial file regarding the assassination of Haniyeh

Deputy judiciary Chief  in Iran Sadeq Rahimi announced the formation of a judicial file in the case of the assassination of the head of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), Ismail Haniyeh, pointing out that the country’s public prosecutor issued an order in this regard to identify and arrest anyone proven to be negligent or exploited by the enemy as an agent in the assassination case.
“Martyr Haniyeh was a guest of our country, and based on that, the legal right to respond to this cowardly assassination is reserved for the Islamic Republic of Iran,” Rahimi said in a statement
He pointed out “we have no doubt that this crime was carried out by the Zionist entity, but whether the entity carried out this crime directly or through agents and spies, the matter is under investigation and follow-up” , pointing out that America and the Zionist entity are the top human rights violators in the world.
He stressed that since the beginning of the Zionist aggression on the Gaza Strip, more than 40,000 Palestinians have been martyred, including 17,000 children.
Rahimi added the health situation currently in Gaza has become critical and garbage has accumulated, leading to the population being infected with various types of diseases as more than 40,000 people have also been infected with Epidemiological hepatitis.
Deputy judiciary Chief said “there is currently one health facility for every 200 people and one bathroom for every 2,000 people in Gaza, and most residents eat one meal a day”
He wondered if these cases were not examples of human rights violations, then under what title we could find them.
