The Syrian Swimmer Omar Abbas concluded his competitions at the 2024 Paris Olympics after ranking third in his group of the Swimming Men’s 200-meter freestyle competition and twenty-fourth in the overall standings.
Abbas achieved a record of 1.53.01 minutes during the race, but he was unable to qualify for the final rounds of the race, which will be held this evening.
It is to be noted that this is the first participation of swimmer Omar Abbas in the Olympics. He has obtained two golds in the 200-meter freestyle and 400-meter freestyle competions and two silvers and a bronze in the Arab Games in Algeria.
