Israeli occupation forces raided Jenin refugee camp in the West Bank early Saturday, killing three Palestinians, Al Manar News reported.
Medical and security sources said two of the martyrs were resistance fighters, while the third was civilian. They added that 14 Palestinians were also wounded, and two are in critical condition.
The Palestinian sources said Israeli occupation forces raided the camp in the northern West Bank city to arrest Hamza Abu Alheja, 20, a member of the military wing of Hamas resistance movement, the Ezzedine al-Qassam Brigades.
Fire was exchanged, and “other fighters gathered around the house” to help Alheja, including Mohammad Abu Zena, 19, who was martyred along with Alheja, the medical and security sources said.
A civilian named as Yazan Jabarin was also martyred during the fighting, the Palestinians said.
The Israeli occupation army confirmed the attack, but claimed that four Palestinians were martyred.
