Syria to take part in IPhO 2024 in Iran

Students of the Syrian Science Olympiad will participate in the International Physics Olympiad 2024 (IPhO 2024) which is to be hosted by Iran between the 21st and 29th of July.

The Distinction and Creativity Agency said in a statement on Thursday that the participating Syrian team comprises the students Anas Ali Mayh from the National Center for Excellence in Homs, Bahaa al-Din Abdul Qadir Melhem from Al-Basel School for the Excelled in Aleppo, Abdul Hadi Ahmed Shamshan from the School for the Excelled in Sahnaya in Damascus countryside and Muhammad Eid Muhammad Deeb Al-Akanj from Al-Sa’ada High School in Damascus and Ziad Jalal Badla from the Martyr Al-Kumait Blidi School for the Excelled in Lattakia and the supervisor of the team is Aqeel Salloum.
