Five Palestinians martyred in the occupation’s aggression against the city of Jenin

Five Palestinians were martyred and others were injured this morning during the Israeli occupation forces ‘ aggression on the city of Jenin in the West Bank.

WAFA News Agency reported that the occupation forces stormed the city from the streets of Haifa and Nazareth and surrounded a house in” Horsh Al-Saada “west of the city and shelled it with several” Energa “shells amid gunfire and poison gas bombs in the area and at the outskirts of the Jenin camp.

The Israeli drones also bombed a group of young men near the “al-Aoudeh roundabout” in the camp, killing five of them.

According to the director of the Martyr Khalil Suleiman governmental hospital in Jenin, four young men were martyred and others were shot by the occupying forces. A fifth person was martyred by gunshot wounds in the city’s Zahra neighborhood, while the Palestinian Red Crescent Society explained that its crews dealt with two serious injuries near Ibn Sina Hospital, one of them to a young man shot in the neck.

The occupation forces prevented ambulance crews from reaching the besieged house in” Horsh Al-Saada”, and snipers were deployed on the rooftops of houses in the city, and electricity transformers were destroyed, resulting in power outages in some areas inside the Jenin Camp. The occupation carried out bulldozing works in the infrastructure of al-Askari Street and the al-Jalbouni Roundabout area of the city.

For its part, the Palestinian resistance announced that its fighters are engaged in armed clashes with enemy soldiers in the Jenin camp, targeting its mechanisms and forces in the vicinity of the besieged house in the “Horsh Al-Saada” area with bullets and explosive devices. Yesterday, a Palestinian was shot dead by occupying forces after they stormed the Jenin city’s industrial zone.
