The Israeli enemy continues its attacks on southern Lebanon

Beirut, (ST) – The Israeli enemy on Tuesday continued its attacks on the border areas of southern Lebanon, targeting with two (air-to-surface) missiles a house in the town square of Aitaroun. No casualties were reported.

Enemy warplanes also launched missile raids on the city of Khiam and the town of Kafr Kila, while the artillery bombarded the outskirts of the town of Tayr Harfa.

Yesterday evening, enemy artillery targeted with phosphorus shells the outskirts of the city of Khiam, the Al-Azziyah area, and the outskirts of the town of Kafr Kila, which led to fires being ignited in the targeted areas.

Lebanese citizen martyred due to the Israeli raid last week

On the other hand,  A Lebanese citizen died today of wounds sustained in an Israeli raid on the Barghaliya area in southern Lebanon last week.

The wounded Lebanese citizen from the town of Deir Antar was transferred to a hospital in the city of Tyre to receive treatment after sustaining serious injuries during an Israeli raid on the village of Barghaliya last week.

The enemy’s air force continues its daily attacks on villages and towns in southern Lebanon. Today, it launched raids on the town of Aitaroun, the city of Khiyam, and the towns of Kfar Kila and Tyre Harfa.
