On the 259th day of aggression… Martyrs and wounded in the shelling of several areas of the Gaza Strip

A number of Palestinians were martyred and others were injured today as a result of the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression on the stricken Gaza Strip for the 259th day.

Palestinian media reported that the occupation air force bombed houses in the town of Al-Fakhari east of Khan Yunis city in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in the death of 3 Palestinians,and injuring others, while 5 Palestinians were killed as a result of the occupation shelling houses near al-Yarmouk Stadium in the center of Gaza City.

In the central Gaza Strip, 3 Palestinians were martyred and others were injured as a result of the Israeli shelling of houses in al-Nuseirat, Al-Maghazi, Al-Bureij camps and the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced yesterday that the number of victims of the continuous occupation aggression on the Gaza Strip since the seventh of last October has increased to 37,431 martyrs and 85,653 wounded, mostly children and women, while a number of victims are still under the rubble and ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them.
