Gaza Media Office: 15,694 Palestinian children martyred since the beginning of the Israeli aggression against Gaza  

The Gaza Media Office announced that 15694 Palestinian children have been martyred as a result of Israel’s ongoing occupation massacres in the stricken Strip since October 7.

The office explained in a report today that the Israeli aggression led to the injury of 34,000 children. 1,500 of them have  lost limbs or eyes. 3,600 children have gone missing under the rubble, while about 200 are still kidnapped by the occupation, as well as more than 17 thousand children are living without one or both of their parents.

The office pointed to the martyrdom of 33 children due to starvation and malnutrition, warning that 450 thousand children are at risk of developing chest cancer and respiratory diseases, while 3,500 children suffer from chronic diseases and are at risk of death due to malnutrition and lack of necessary medical care and needs.

With regard to children in shelter centers, the office explained that all children in displacement and shelter areas are vulnerable to epidemics and infectious diseases due to lack of personal hygiene and overcrowding.  They also suffer psychological trauma and behavioral problems such as fear, anxiety and depression as a result of the continuous aggression of the 252nd day.
