Albanese: “Israel”  Exploits The Issue Of Detainees To Commit More Massacres Against  Palestinians

Geneva-(ST)- Francesca Albanese, Special Rapporteur on human rights in the occupied Palestinian territories, confirmed that “Israel” is exploiting the “detainee issue” to commit more massacres against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and in the rest of the occupied Palestinian territories.

Albanese said in a post on the “X” platform, reported by Wafa Agency: “Israel could have released the prisoners, alive and intact, 8 months ago, when the first ceasefire and prisoner exchange was put on the table, but it refused to do so in order to continue destroying Gaza and the Palestinians,” noting that this clearly confirms “the translation of genocidal intent into action.”

Yesterday, the Israeli occupation committed a massacre in the Nuseirat camp, resulting in the death of 210 Palestinians and the wounding of more than 400.
