A demonstration in front of the Israeli occupation embassy in Mexico, rejecting the genocide against the Palestinians

Mexico City, (ST) – Last night, the Mexican capital witnessed a massive demonstration organized by pro-Palestinian activists in front of the headquarters of the Israeli occupation embassy, in protest against the massacres and genocide being committed in Gaza Strip.

AP reported that the demonstration, which began in the Lomas de Chapultepec neighborhood, where Mayor Miguel Hidalgo’s office is located in Mexico City, was attended by hundreds of people carrying Palestinian flags and slogans calling on the Mexican government to reject the genocide and killing of children practiced by the Israeli occupation in Gaza Strip.

The police tried to prevent the demonstrators from advancing towards the diplomatic compound, as they used tear gas, and their members threw stones at the participants, which led to injuries among the protesters.

Mexico witnessed many protest demonstrations against the ongoing brutal Israeli aggression against Gaza and against Western support for this aggression.
