Oman calls for the immediate implementation of UN resolutions on ceasefire in Gaza

Oman has condemned the Isareli continuous attacks on the tents of the displaced people in the city of Rafah in southern Gaza Strip, calling for the immediate implementation of UN resolutions on ceasefire in Gaza and on the entry of humanitarian aid into the strip.

In a statement issued by the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Oman appealed to the international community to assume its urgent responsibilities by taking the necessary measures to stop the systematic and ongoing war crimes and genocide committed against the Palestinian people.

It called for the immediate implementation of UN resolutions calling for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, the unhindered entry of humanitarian aid, and the imposition of deterrent international sanctions on Israel as a result of its criminal actions.

73 Palestinians were martyred and hundreds others injured during the past 48 hours, as a result of the Israeli occupation’s bombing of tents for displaced persons west and northwest of Rafah.
