Thousands demonstrate in Paris against new massacre by the occupation forces in the camp in Rafah

Paris, (ST) – Thousands demonstrated in the French capital, Paris to denounce the new massacre committed by the Israeli occupation forces in the displaced people’s  camp in Rafah. They bombed the tents of refugees’ camp, south of Gaza Strip, which claimed the lives of dozens of people.

AP reported that a crowd of protesters gathered last night, a few hundred meters from the embassy of the occupation entity in Paris, chanting, “We are all sons of Gaza”, “Long live the struggle of the Palestinian people,” “Freedom for Gaza,” and “Gaza, Paris is with you.”

Demonstrators raised Palestinian flags, while others raised banners including, “children must not be killed. “Stop the bombing”, and “Freedom for Palestine.”

Vice President of the French Solidarity Association with Palestine, François Rieb, one of the organizers of the demonstration said: “Yesterday, Palestinians were burned alive as a result of an Israeli bombing of a refugees’ camp. We have seen video clips of families pulling their loved ones from burning tents. It is another massacre”.

Rieh added: “They set fire to a refugee camp and burned people, and we still have not summoned the ambassador of Israel to hold her accountable. It is unbearable.”

The number of participants in the movement was estimated at “several thousand,” while the Paris police estimated the number at about ten thousand.
