As the aggression enters its 232nd day, the occupation intensifies its bombing on the Gaza Strip
OCCUPIED AL-QUDS, May.25,(ST)_ A number of Palestinians were martyred and others were injured as a result of the Israeli occupation’s continuous bombardment of the Gaza Strip, by air, land and sea, in blatant defiance of the decisions of the International Court of Justice demanding that it stops its aggression and the necessity of bringing in aid.
Palestinian media reported that 4 Palestinians were martyred as a result of the occupation bombing of a house north of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip. It added that the bombing coincided with violent artillery shelling on the vicinity of the power plant.
Other Palestinians were injured as a result of Israeli shelling of the neighborhoods of Sheikh Ajlin, Tal al-Hawa and al-Zaytoun in Gaza City.
Israeli occupation also bombed the vicinity of the University College of Applied Sciences, 8th Street in the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood southwest of Gaza City, and Al-Nafaq Street to the north, which led to the martyrdom of a number of Palestinians and the injury of dozens, with difficulty for ambulances to reach the area due to the intensity of the fire.
In Jabaliya, north of the Gaza Strip, the occupation aircraft struck many areas, wounding dozens, while artillery shelling also targeted the eastern border areas between the cities of Deir al-Balah, Khan Yunis, and Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced yesterday that the number of victims of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since the 7th of last October had risen to 35,857 martyrs and 80,293 wounded.
