The King of Saudi Arabia and his Crown Prince offer condolences on the death of the Iranian President

The King of Saudi Arabia, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, sent a telegram of condolences and sympathy to Iranian Vice President Mohammad Mokhber on the martyrdom of President Ebrahim Raisi and his companions.

The Saudi News Agency (SPA) quoted King Salman as saying: “We learned of the news of the death of President Ebrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and his companions… As we send you and the brotherly people of Iran our deepest and sincere condolences, we ask God Almighty to cover them with His vast mercy and forgiveness”.

Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia, also sent a message of condolence to Mokhber in which he expressed his sincere condolences to the Iranian leadership and people over this loss.
