President Bashar Al-Assad on Saturday issued Decree No. (99) for 2024 setting July 15th, 2024, as the date for holding the People’s Assembly election to chose new MPs for the fourth legislative term.
The decree also specified the number of the MPs who will represent the sector of the workers and farmers and the sector of the rest of the citizens in each governorate.
