Martyrs and wounded by Israeli bombardment in Rafah

A number of Palestinians were martyred and others were injured at dawn today, as a result of the Israeli occupation aircrafts bombing areas in the city of Rafah, south of the stricken Gaza Strip.

According to Palestinian media, the occupation air force bombed a house in the Al-Zuhour neighborhood of the city, killing six Palestinians and injuring others, mostly children and women.

A number of Palestinians were injured as a result of the Israeli air force bombing houses near the tents of displaced people in the Tel al-Sultan neighborhood west of the city and the al-Bureij camp in the middle of the Strip.

The occupying forces have continued their land, sea and air aggression on the Gaza Strip since the seventh of last October, killing 34596 Palestinians and injuring 77816 others in an indefinite toll. Thousands of victims remain under rubble and on the roads, and ambulance and rescue crews are unable to reach them.
