Whispers of Angels…a distinguished project for making fragrant aromatic candles

Her love and passion for candles and the calm atmosphere they create around her that sends positive energy into the place prompted the young Ola Kazan, to establish her own project to manufacture fragrant aromatic candles in their various forms, under the name Whispers of Angels.

Kazan uses paraffin wax as a basic raw material, in addition to fragrant essential oils, accessories, rose petals, and wax colors.

Kazan, the eldest daughter of  martyr Brigadier General Abdul Rahman Kazan, added that the martyrdom of her father constituted a turning point in her life, and despite the pain and sorrow, she had to have strength and determination. She found herself responsible for her family and so began her journey in search of ideas that would generate an additional source of income that would help them face the difficult living conditions.

She explained that though suffering  from scoliosis since childhood this did not prevent her from moving forward in her life, but rather increased her resolve and determination to complete her educational attainment and pursue her ambition to enter the Faculty of Sociology at Tishreen University.

She confirmed that, thanks to self-learning, continuous training, following educational clips on how to make candles, and communicating with experienced people, she was able to overcome the difficulties and challenges she faced at the beginning of the project.

She pointed out that her precision, patience, and artistic touch added more uniqueness to her products.

She said: “there are those who consider these crafts an ideal choice for decorating homes with the warm atmosphere, while some see them as a unique idea as gifts exchanged by loved ones and friends.

Regarding how to market her products, Kazan indicated that she  relies mainly on electronic marketing, as she created a page on various social media platforms , in addition to her participation in exhibitions and events held in the governorate, which allows her to communicate directly with visitors and expand her network of relationships.
