Abdullahian: The European Union should impose sanctions on the Zionist entity instead of targeting Iran

Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian stressed that the European Union must act responsibly and impose sanctions on the Zionist entity that has and is committing a genocide  against the Palestinian people instead of submitting to Washington’s instructions and targeting Iran.

Abdullahian added:“It is unfortunate that the European Union took a decision so quickly to impose further illegal restrictions on Iran simply because it used its right to defend itself against the blatant aggression of the Zionist entity.”

Abdullahian said: “The European Union should not obey Washington’s advice to please the Israeli criminal entity.”

Abdullahian pointed out that the European Union’s response to the Zionist entity’s continued commitment of genocide against the Palestinians through war crimes, missile attacks, and starvation of the Palestinian people, was not at the required level, but rather it is empty talk and nothing more.
