President Al-Assad: The Zionist Entity’s brutal bombardment against civilians in Gaza Strip proves its failure to achieve its military goals

President Bashar Al-Assad has affirmed that the Zionist entity’s bombardment against civilians in Gaza Strip in this unprecedented brutality proves its failure to achieve its military goals.

During his meeting on Monday with Iran’s Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdollahian, President Al-Assad said that what the Israeli entity seeks to achieve today is to defeat the society and people in Gaza Strip and thereby defeating the Palestinian resistance, but that will not happen.

President Al-Assad and Abdollahian discussed ways to support the Palestinian people at the international level in the light of the notable changes in international stances. They two sides also discussed bilateral relations between Syria and Iran and coordination between the two countries on common and international issues.

For his part, Abdollahian said that the internal front in the Zionist entity is experiencing the worst circumstances thanks to the steadfastness of the Palestinian resistance.
