Foreign Ministry : Syria Condemned Attempts to Destabilize Venezuela, Topple Government

DAMASCUS,(ST) _ The Syrian Government condemned in the strongest terms the attempts made by certain sides to destabilize the             

Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and topple its democratically-elected legitimate government , voicing total support to and full solidarity with the government of President Nicolas Maduro which won in free elections by the Venezuelan people, the Foreign and Expatriates Ministry said today, Tuesday.

The ministry added that the government of the Syrian Arab Republic is confident that the friendly government of Venezuela will eliminate this ordeal soon and maintain the achievements and legacy of late President, Hugo Chavez.
